To refer a friend, you must have purchased a Marodyne LiV device from MyBones (/LivMD UK).

1. How to refer: There are three ways to refer a friend:

- Complete the contact form below with the contact details of the friend you would like to refer. Please ensure you have permission to share their personal information.
- Email (info@mybones.health) or phone (01172530400) MyBones with the name, and email or phone number of the friend you would like to refer. Please ensure you have permission to share their personal information.

- Ask your friend to mention you have referred them before they purchase their Marodyne LiV device.

2. Once a qualifying purchase has been made, we will send you a £50 gift voucher of your choice.

3. Your friend will receive a £50 discount on their purchase.

You will receive a £50 voucher of your choice for each referral which results in a qualifying purchase.
