MyBones Warranty for the Marodyne LiV Device:

LIMITED HOME USE WARRANTY

MyBones, trading under LivMD UK (“MyBones”) extends the following Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use of the Marodyne LiV Device. Any other use of the Marodyne LiV Device shall void this Limited Warranty.

During the applicable Limited Warranty periods described below, the covered components of the Marodyne LiV Device will be free of defects or malfunctions during normal use. Certain exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty applies for the following components of the Marodyne LiV Device only, for the time indicated. The Limited Warranty applies only against defects reported within the applicable Limited Warranty period and only so long as the Marodyne LiV Device remains in the possession of the original purchaser, or, for a gifted Marodyne LiV Device, the owner of the original proof of purchase attached to that Marodyne LiV Device.

Where a repair is not possible or not commercially viable, MyBones may replace the Marodyne LiV device with a new or refurbished device of similar functionality. After a repair or replacement, the warranty period will continue from the date of the original delivery.

FRAME: SIXTY MONTHS (FIVE YEARS)

MyBones warrants the frame (excluding any moving parts attached to the structural frame) against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of original delivery.

MECHANICAL COMPONENTS: SIXTY MONTHS (FIVE YEARS)

MyBones warrants the components and all original parts of the Marodyne LiV Device, against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of original delivery.

The Marodyne LiV Device is not warranted against normal wear and tear. The device must be used according to the Instructions for Use guide (Manufacturer’s Instructions), kept away from water and stored correctly when not in use.

The Marodyne LiV device must not be moved in standby mode. The Limited warranty will be deemed invalid if the Marodyne LiV device is moved while in standby mode. Prior to moving the Marodyne LiV device it MUST be switched off on the rocker switch as stated in the User Guide ‘3.3 After Treatment Session. ‘If you want to move the device or if you do not want to use it for a longer time, set the Standby/Off switch to “OFF” and disconnect the cables from the device and the socket.’

When transporting the Marodyne LiV device, the device must be stored flat in its travel case with the protective foam band fastened securely around the sides of the device, tucked just below the platform rim. If taking the device on a plane, it must be in your hand luggage and secured flat in an overhead locker. Storing or transporting the Marodyne LiV device in the luggage or hold compartment of a plane, train, or any other vehicle (excluding personal vehicles where you handle your luggage yourself) will invalidate this warranty.

The Limited Warranty will be deemed invalid if the power supply instructions in the Instructions for Use guide (Manufacturer’s Instructions) are not adhered too. ‘The Marodyne LiV device power supply cord must be plugged into an electrical outlet supplying household current. Only plug into a properly grounded receptacle. Do not bypass or use any adaptors to defeat the ground. The device must only be connected to a mains supply with protective earth. Only use the power supply unit provided with the device.’ The device must be switched off using the rocker switch on the Marodyne LiV device prior to being switched off at the wall or unplugged.
