1.1 The Marodyne LiV device must be returned in its original packaging.
1.2 NB: the device may only be returned for a refund by the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase will be required.
1.3 In the unlikely event you decide to return your Marodyne LiV Device, please contact the MyBones Team on 01172530400.
1.4 Your request must be confirmed in writing or via email.
1.5 You have 28 days from date of delivery to return your device for a refund.
1.6 A MyBones team member will contact you to schedule a pick-up date.
1.7 You are responsible for all associated shipping charges and costs. The device must be returned in its original packaging.
1.8 Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment.
1.9 It may take up to 28 days from when your device is received by us, (in its original packaging and condition), for your refund to appear in your account. MyBones is not responsible or liable for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
1.10 MyBones is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, incorrect address provided or circumstances outside MyBones’ control.
1.11 If your Marodyne LiV Device is returned in a damaged condition, dirty, showing signs of tampering, misuse, with missing accessories, or used other than according to the manufacturer’s instructions, MyBones reserves the right to refuse a refund.
1.12 Refunds are at the sole discretion of MyBones.
