MyBones Return Policy for the Marodyne LiV Device

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your Marodyne LiV Device, you may do so for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. 

If you decide to return your Marodyne LiV Device, you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges.  The device must be returned in its original packaging.

Provided we have received your refund request within 28 days from the date of delivery, you will be contacted by a MyBones team member to schedule a pick-up date. Please note the device can only be returned by the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase will be required.  

Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment. Please note it may take up to 28 days from when your device is received for your refund to appear in your account. MyBones is not responsible or liable for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. MyBones is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, incorrect address provided or circumstances outside MyBones’ control. 

If your Marodyne LiV Device is returned in a damaged condition, dirty, showing signs of tampering, misuse, with missing accessories, or used other than according to the manufacturers instructions, MyBones reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees. This will be at the sole discretion of MyBones.
