Delivery Update

Here’s a quick summary of everything we covered in a recent Zoom call with members of our Facebook group. Join our Facebook Group to keep up with our latest updates and chat with others about the Marodyne LiV device.

Stock and Distributorships

• The Marodyne LiV device is manufactured in Germany by BTT Health and distributed by a network of global distributors
• Due to the worldwide microchip shortage, BTT Health can only supply each distributor with a reduced number of devices per month
• As demand has varied between regions, some distributors still have a small number of devices in stock from their previous month’s allocation. This is why delivery times currently differ between regions.
• In the UK, demand has been high, and therefore fewer devices are available in stock, leading to an increased estimated delivery time
• BTT Health have upped production and opened a second manufacturing plant to clear the order waiting list
• In the UK, we are working through our waiting list and are doing everything we can to get devices out as quickly as possible
• We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused
