Marodyne LiV Delivery Policy

MyBones cannot be held responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, incorrect address provided or circumstances outside MyBones’ control.  

UK Mainland Delivery  

1.1 We use a fully-insured courier service to ship your Marodyne LiV device to you. A signature is required and therefore these items cannot be left in a ‘safe place’

 

1.2 A member of the MyBones team will contact you to schedule a convenient date for your delivery.  Designated time slots are not available. 

 

1.3 Once your delivery has been scheduled, it is not possible to change the delivery address or date. 

 

1.4 You will receive an email or text with tracking information from the courier service once your device has been collected from our store.  

 

1.5 If you have not received your delivery within the expected delivery time, please contact us on 01172530400 or via info@mybones.health. 

 

1.6 Failed deliveries/collection attempts: If your Marodyne Liv device is returned to us by the courier company due to repeat failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. The same applies to failed collections. 

1.7 Orders from outside mainland UK will incur a delivery charge. We will discuss the options with you when your order is placed. Delivery prices will be quoted as per the courier’s current charges. 

 

International Delivery

2.1 International delivery fees apply to customers outside of the UK. 

2.2 All import costs and additional charges are the sole responsibility of the consignee.
